    Direct runs from an NVR's POE port to a camera can go up to 300 feet without any issues.

    Yes, please take 2 easy steps as below. Step 1,use an ethernet cable connecte to PoE NVR, then plug the other end to the PoE switch. Step 2,use another ethenet cable connect to the PoE switch, and plug the other end to the router.
